Our story begins
With 12 years of experience in ball bearing manufacturing, Marc ZELVEYAN founded the Compagnie Industrielle de Mécanique et d’Articles de Précision, now simply known as CIMAP.
From the very beginning, the company set up its offices in the Porte de Champerret district (Paris 17th), where our headquarters are still located today.
CIMAP quickly specialized in the production of steel balls and rollers—essential components for bearing manufacturing and widely used in mechanical and industrial applications.
